To apply as a delegate for CCUWiP 2024, please fill out our application form and our accessibility and accommodation form.

When

• The form is available now!
• The deadline to fill out and submit your application is November 13, 2023.

What

• This form comprises basic identification questions, voluntary self-identification questions, and a few questions to help us understand your motivations in attending CCUWiP.
• A separate accessibility and accommodation form, which is appended at the end of the application form itself and can also be found here, must also be filled out for your application to be considered complete.

Why

• If the number of students interested in attending the conference in person is higher than the number of delegates we can realistically host, we will use this form to determine who is invited to become a delegate at CCUWiP.
• If you are interested in attending remotely and giving an online presentation, it is still required that you fill out this form.
