This year’s conference will also feature a grad and career fair that will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025. Departments wishing to sponsor the conference and/or participate in the grad fair are encouraged to reserve your booth/sponsorship by sending an e-mail to ccuwip.phas@ucalgary.ca

This email should include an official letterhead of support from your institution with the following information:

  • Your sponsorship tier along with your financial commitment,
  • If you would like a booth at the graduate/career fair along with the fee associated with your tier,
  • Your invoicing information,
  • Any post event information you require on your end.
