At CCUW*iP 2026, we aim to make the conference as accessible and inclusive as possible by keeping delegate fees low. To ensure we can continue offering this level of support, we have a limited number of delegate spots available. If the number of applicants exceeds our capacity, we’ll review applications carefully to select a representative, and equitable delegate group that reflects the spirit of CCUW*iP.

What to expect:
- This form contains basic identification questions, voluntary self-identification questions, and a few short-answer prompts to help us understand your motivations in attending CCUW*iP.
- A separate accessibility and accommodation form which is appended at the end of the application form itself and can also be found above, must also be filled out for your application to be considered complete.
