For grad fair university representatives: Remember that 50 students are in person at the UofR for the conference but 70 more are attending CCUWiP 2023 remotely! If you are here in person you should still provide a zoom link (or teams, or similar) so that all students can reach you!
For student participants: in-person students can walk around the atrium and talk with the reps directly. If you wish to speak to a school participating remotely, find their link below and join them! There are lots of quiet places to sit on campus and have your zoom meeting. If you are a virtual student, all zoom links below will take you to the schools you want to talk to.

Join us Saturday January 21 from 16:00 to 17:30 for a hybrid graduate school and career fair!
While some of the physics departments and major laboratories from across Canada will be here
in person to talk to students, all of them will be available on Zoom. This means that no matter
where you are located (in person or virtual attendance) you can meet the schools and talk about
your career options after your undergraduate degree!
This year’s conference will also feature a grad and career fair that will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Departments wishing to sponsor the conference and/or participate in the grad fair are encouraged to reserve your booth/sponsorship by clicking here.
For those who are unable to attend the grad fair in person, remote connection options will be made available and can be booked any time until January 20, 2023 by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
